Hotel Strandtangen offers both hotel accomodations in charming double rooms and stays in lovely holiday apartments.

The hotel is situated beautifully at the Marina of Skive surrounded by water, forest and a lovely nature.

A unique location almost at "the edge of the water" - where you can enjoy an environment with a lot of style and charm.

In the middle of the hotel complex we have established a lovely back garden with large sunshades and nice furniture where you can enjoy life and the activities at the Marina.

The fantastic sailing conditions on Limfjorden are ideal for both kayak, canoe, dinghy sailing and especially surfing and water skiing.

Directly from the hotel there are paths along the water and throughout the creek valley, where you pass the longest wooden bridge in Denmark, and in the "back yard" you will find Krabbesholm forest. This all gives plenty of opportunities for nice trips either by walking or on bike in the beautiful surrounding nature.

Our apartments are obvious for holiday stays - short or long. With base at Strandtangen there are opportunities for experiences for all senses.

Whether you make a short or a long stay, there are plenty of opportunities for fantastic experiences both on sea and on land.

The hotel is located close to some of the best golf courses in Denmark, and on your "doorstep" there are forest, miles of nature paths and not least Limfjorden, which is safe waters for all kinds of sailing such as canoe, kayak, dinghy or surfing and water skiing - here are all opportunities for an active holiday but certainly also for pure relaxation in beautiful surroundings with peace and tranquility.

As an integrated part of the hotel- and holiday complex Restaurant Strandtangen is located at waters edge with a panoramic view over the water and harbor. The restaurant is surrounded by a big terrace, and in connection with the restaurant you will find "Brasseriet".

As such you can choose to sit indoor in calm and beautiful surroundings and enjoy the view, or if the weather permits take a seat outdoors on the terrace and let the fresh air and sounds from the fjord accompany you.
