Holiday apartments with free admission to the public indoor swimming pool. 
The apartments are privately owned and therefore the interior design may vary. They are all comfortable and in good condition. Colour TV with standard satellite dish (no Scandinavian channels), DVD and CD player. The kitchen has a small dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, cooker/oven and coffee maker. 2 excellent bedrooms with double beds. Nice bathroom with shower.

Here in the natural resort between Hou and Hals you find Koldkær. Two-storey apartment buildings with comfortable apartments, just a stone's throw from the child-friendly beach. Koldkær Ferielejligheder is situated in the beautiful surroundings between Hou and Hals on the east coast, just 100 metres from the sandy child-friendly beach. The buildings are divided into clusters with common areas with lawns, playgrounds and plenty of room in between.

 
The apartments on the first floor have ocean view and even the ground floor apartments have a perfect position with direct access to the large common areas where the children can play and have fun on the playgrounds. All apartments have a balcony or terrace with garden furniture.
 
Koldkær Ferielejligheder is situated approx. 3.5 km north of Hals. In Hals you will find shops, restaurants, a bowling alley, bike rental and a charming atmosphere down by the harbour. Frederikshavn is only 45 km away and Aalborg with its Zoo, shopping and many other activities is only 30 km away. In 45 minutes you can reach Fårup Sommerland, the large outdoor amusement/water park.
Next to these apartments there is a public indoor swimming pool, a children’s pool and sauna. You are free to use the facilities within the general opening hours.
